Classes

 

I offer tuition in my dedicated yoga studio at flexible times for individual tuition or in small mixed ability classes.

Classes are small with a maximum of 6 students and places are limited, therefore it is necessary to book directly with me or let me know if you would like to attend. I can then reserve your place and share address and directions to the studio, a beautiful dedicated space in Barnstaple. Classes are 75 minutes which includes a deep relaxation at the end, sometimes with gong.

If you decide after your first class you would like to continue your practice, then payment for a term of 5 weeks entitles you to unlimited class attendance in the timeframe.  Classes cannot be carried over, although you are welcome to join in any of the 4/5 classes offered during each week, subject to availability. This includes the online class but not the monthly Saturday class at the Plant Bar in Barnstaple.

All are welcome, beginners and advanced yogis alike. This is kundalini and it’s for everyone after all – there is no ‘beginners’ or advanced’ yoga set.  You can tune into any class at any level and have your own experience. Anyone of any age and fitness level will benefit from these practices. Come along as and when you like, although you will feel immense benefit with regular practise.

What to bring …

 An open mind and heart. I have yoga mats, cushions and blankets as well as fresh filtered water.

What to expect …

A ‘kriya’ which consists of postures and movement. A meditation which may or may not involve mantra (chanting). Conscious breathing techniques. A relaxation. Mostly done to beautiful kundalini mantra music.
